MMHM was founded by two brothers, Tim and Alex — both men who’ve faced some of life’s hardest chapters.

From being kicked out of the Navy and battling anxiety, to losing time with our children and trying to find ourselves again — we’ve lived the struggle that most men hide.

We created MMHM to be the brand that gives men permission to speak up, show up, and never stay silent again.
